• Determine which user information should be retrieved and used for MFP functions (e.g. e-mail address for the Send to E-mail function).
• Limit the extent to which your employees can use MFP functions.

Simple Foolproof User Identification

• Authenticate using your corporate proximity badges (with an alternate authentication method as a backup).
• Choose the user validation method adapted to your needs:
  • Validation through a local ID list loaded on devices
  • Validation through LDAP/AD (SecureJet Print-PS feature)
  • Validation through an Authentication Gateway (SecureJet Print-PS feature)
